First car meet - Brekkie San Gabriel Valley
Took the bad boy to a car meet, straight camera jpegs and learning the controls. One thing I had to learn was turning on the Electronic shutter so that it works in combination with the mechanical shutter, because 1/4000th was over exposing quite a bit.
I was also testing out many different profiles from Fujixweekly, with a little tweaks here and there, you can craft some very creative out of camera jpegs of your own! Here are some selects from the event.
There is something unique about the highlights coming from the right side of the photo where the sun is peaking out of the clouds. Straight out of camera, this is what I love, well balanced control when shooting slightly at an angle towards the sun. The Fuji X100v overexposes the highlights but it actually looks good, maybe that is because films are supposed to be overexposed?
